So Trop's will have a range? With rental guns? When is this all happening? Very interested, I haven't been to the shop in quite awhile, due to the reasons others have mentioned in their posts, but it's sounding like they are working on their service.

Hope Trop installs a good ventilation system in their indoor range. I limit my time at indoor ranges because of concern about lead exposure.

We are getting one of the best systems out there. We aren't cutting corners on the build out to save a couple of bucks.

What is the usual cost to use an indoor range? I wouldn't have a problem paying a few hundred a year for unlimited shooting at an indoor range. Especially for a family pass. Is that how it usually works?

It'd be a lot easier to get the old lady to join me in the middle of winter and heat of summer if it's a climate controlled environment.

Not to divert attention from Trops, but you do know Palmyra Sportsmens has an indoor range with 24/7 access right? Less than a hundred a year.

We are still currently working on the pricing, but there will be a couple of different options. We will post more when I have more info.

My wife and I are looking for a quality gun shop. She is new to owning guns and I have not handled a gun in 20 years. Is the Trop a friendly shop for the inexperienced? We have taken some training classes together and would like to start recreational shooting and have personal protection at home. Any and all input is appreciated.
