Default Pgh-area gunsmith to cut and crown a barrel?

I have an older Remington 760 with a 22-inch barrel that is missing the front sight. I'd like to have the barrel cut to 18.5 inches, recrowned, and have a new front sight installed. Suggestions as to who could do this work well? I'm not in any rush; quality more important than speed to me. Thanks.
