You'll probably get more answers to this question if you ask in the specific county forum. Nevertheless, I'm in Berks County and the going rate is $25. I use Rob at Firearm Solutions in Birdsboro, PA. He's a member of the forum with the screen name AR15BUILDER. Hope this helps.
