Your welcome, i figured it would make your job of being so judgmental a lot easier.
Regarding the real estate agents. I figure your just looking for someone to blame. Of course unless these real estate agents cold called people in the NJ/NY area begging and offering incentives to move here. More likely they were contacted by someone who already wanted to move here. The agents probably filtered them into clustered areas such as Stroudsburg and PCP but that's a lot different than being the main cause of the problem.
Now regarding having to treat NYC people like pussies if your talking the fake gangsters trying to set up shop here because they were run out of their old neighborhood your correct. You want to put me in their category then you would be pleasantly surprised.

What's it like at SGL 91? Is it nice? Am I gonna have guns pointed at me if I go there? lol

I haven't gotten to any public ranges yet, when I went to check out gouldboro is was shut down. To be honest, with all the talk of all the unsafe people I was a bit afraid to check any of them out. I figured it's time to check some out and seen you guys were talking about SGL 91.

It's pretty nice, new benches and a pavilion. People I have come across there seem decent enough.

It's a nice 100yd rifle range. The cover makes shooting in bad weather rather nice.

I plan on trying to get up there on Monday, just to sight in the last of my deer/bear guns.

This is from last year, just around the time it was re-opened.

This is from a few weeks ago. You can see the partition they added to keep you from shooting over the backstop
