Re: New Tobyhanna Range Update
with the shooting skills of some of the folks that went there, cameras were probably safe inthe backstops. they were probably safe right in the a-zone of a sillouette target for that matter. Watched a guy with a laser-sighted ruger revolver totally miss the backstop on the pistol range.

Re: New Tobyhanna Range Update
I stopped up today after the Schmooze and Nosh. Someone was shooting a shotgun on the pistol range and blew the hell out of the 2x4 on the target hanger. other than that and some casings its very clean and nice. I was surprised at how easy it was to get to and that the road was plowed.

Re: New Tobyhanna Range Update
Is anyone going to be up there the rest of the week? I'm looking to make a trip and put a few rounds through my new DPMS and my old 300mag. First time going to an actual range in a while so if anyone wants to come join let me know

Re: New Tobyhanna Range Update
im thinking of heading up there today, if the wind isnt too bad in that area. it should be around 37 around noon.
id like to shoot the mauser but im all out of 8mm and Dunkleburgers is all out of the milsurp ive been buying there. $20 for 100 rounds of 1940 FH 8mm was a hell of a deal.
J let me know if you plan on going today, ill stop by then.Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.

Re: New Tobyhanna Range Update
I made it yesterday and the range was in good shape. The 2x4 blown apart by the shotgun must of been fixed because everything was god to use.
Had the range to ourselves for the two hours we were there and had a blast.
