Default Killed my first clunker today

    '97 F-150, 4.6L.

Pulled in the shop, drained the oil, drove outside(no oil), added the sodium silicate, ran at 3k RPM for 5 mins. before it locked up.

    Yep, built Ford tough!

I drove around the back of the local lot to see the CFC cars. I was sickened. Literally.

I couldn't believe the high-quality cars and trucks that filled the back of the lot. Yes, there were some lower-quality cars, but still, they were good, serviceable cars that would have been terrific for families that don't have $30K for a new car.

Like I said, I was sick and disgusted.

    I agree completely.

We have a cherokee classic, no rust, every panel straight... gets junked...

Also have a 5.0L Mountaineer, getting junked.......

It's good to work here though, getting a LN seat and carpet for my '86 billygoat......

F-150 is less a Sony stereo, also........

The F-150 was a rust bucket...........

Haha... I killed a Ford Clubwagon van today. Other guys killed a Durango, 2 Explorers, a Blazer, and 2 Cherokees. We took 52 clunkers in on trade and are just now starting to get paid for a few of them.
