I don't mean this as a cut (really I don't) but can one even hit the side of a barn with them on full auto. My only limited experience has been with a full auto uzi and past 10 yards I was dropping birds. Can one really be accurate with them?

not take in as one. your right it is dam fast. I could get it down to about 900 rpm with different ammo. but it is a blast to shoot. with my AWC MK9 suppressor it shoots a lot better. If I want slow I brake out the uzi.

Is that for 50, or 100 rounds? What brand shells?

I buy my 9mm rounds from the local walmart. 100 Remington 9mm Lugers is $11

115 gr Remington 50 in a box. I think it's the same as yours.
