Under Chavez, Venezuela has recently purchased some $3 billion worth of arms from Russia, including 53 military helicopters, 100,000 Kalashnikov rifles, 24 SU-30 Sukhoi fighter jets.

$3 billion... that's a lotta' loot!
Fortunately Americans buy a lot of CITGO gas to help cover the cost of the arms that will be used against them one day!

The point isn't what they spend, it's why they are spending it and to a lesser extent, who's helping them buy it.
