I paid $350 for mine used. They guy was military and didn't like revolvers. While I was looking, I was seeing stainless and blued used for under $450, most under $400.

Go to www.budsgunshop.com they have new blued GP100's for just over $413. This will give you some idea of where to go with prices. A SS model will probably run about $50 or so more than a blued. Used go down from there. IIRC there was a slightly used SS GP100 on www.rugerforum.com for sale for $390.

I saw them sold with the new beautiful grey finish in Austin at McxBrides for $505.00 and in Dallas at Bullet Trap for $519.00.

Don't know if this helps, but I just laid away a 6"blue Ruger Security Six revolver, tight as a drum, for $350.

I purchase my GP-100 4in SS USED for $350♦ + tax + fees. It was the first one that I had seen used in a long time. I later saw a SP-101 SS USED in the same shop for $299. I hesitated and missed that deal. I have been looking for another one ever since then.

I really like like the GP-100 and enjoy shooting it. I only occasionally carry but when I do I certainly do not feel lacking.
