OC'er spotted East Stroudsburg, PA

On S. Courtland street in East Stroudsburg, it appeared you were about to walk across the street to the movie theater. You were 5'10", 200lbs, bald, in flip flops(so I'm ruling out a cop), looked like you were carrying in a serpa. This was around 6:45pm to 7:15pm, not quite sure.

Appeared you had a red haired lady friend with you. Exited from a black sedan.

Not me but very glad to hear of OC'ing in Stroudsburg. I don't myself but think it's great to see.

Weren't me even though I was with a gorgeous red head today (Don't tell Tootie) ... oh and I'm not bald!

But if you saw someone with a gorgeous redhead walking around the Allentown fair Oc'ing that would have been me.

I have never seen anyone OCing in East Burg or Stbg. Would like to have seen that guy though and give him an Attaboy.

Well I gotta say that I don't know of any members here that are bald walking around East Burg in flip flops no less. Now if you said 6' 170 short hair around 3 by the mall I could tell you who that was
