Bi-Pod Suggestions
I am lookin for Bi-Pod for my full length AR.
Every single one I have looked at needs a swivel mount attachment instead of just attaching to the quad rail I have for my upper.
Anyone have one or know quality brands?
Basically Im looking for One that will attach to a rail and is adjustable.... price is not an issue because I want this stuff to last forever so I am willing to shell out the extra cash.
Thanks guys.FU BHO.

Re: Bi-Pod Suggestions
Due to the way that harris bipods are designed, you have to have some sort of adapter if you want to mount it to your quad rail. There's a part that's not that expensive that allows you to do this, although it sound like you might want to attach directly to your quad rail. If you did want to go with a harris, which is never a bad choice and there are all kinds of accessories and feet that you can get for them these days, this is what you'd need.
Part number 638, which is a picatinny rail adapter.

If you're serious about price not really being a big deal, and want a quality bipod that few people know about. You could look at the Accu-shot Atlas bipod. They can attach directly to your rail, and are quality, but they are NOT spring loaded. Some people really like this, others do not. Here's a good option.

This is probably the atlas bipod that you'd want, and if you want more height, you'd have to purchase the leg extensions which cost more money. These are not cheap bipods at $280, but they are quality and fit what you may be looking for.

If LaRue is an option, LaRue is the answer.

Re: Bi-Pod Suggestions
I've been using Harris with a Knights Arm. Co. adapter on mine.
Just find a suitable rail adapter, I'm sure there's a ton out there by now, and attach anything you want to it.
PS, get the swivel version of the harris.
