My local dealer said the same thing. They looked at Jerry's Law Enforcement Dist list of available Remington Police guns and it wasn't on there so they called Jerry's and they told them there is no such thing as a Police Marine Magnum and that 25047 was not a correct order number.

I asked the dealer I bought the gun from in FL where he got it and he said Davidson's LE division so tell Rich to try there.

I just did a Google search and it turned up an old listing on guns america for one of these.

I didn't realize these were hard to come by. I was at Gander Mountain the other day and saw a 870P MM. I started chuckling and thought "more mall ninja stuff by just slapping the P on it." Not trying to say that you're a mall ninja, lol, just saying it was a legit Police model that was the stainless marine magnum. Nice shotgun, damn durable.

No I don't, but I remember that I thought it was quite a bit overpriced. Then again, there's few firearms in that place that I don't think are quite a bit over priced. Some firearms stay there for a long time, I'll see if it's still there.

With shipping and transfer fee I ended up paying exactly $150 more than what it would have cost me to walk out the door with a regular MM that my dealer had in stock. But I was fine with that considering I was getting an upgraded police model. I am just curious to see what they are going for other places. Thanks for checking it out.

Any luck with Rich trying Davidson's? I am curious to see if they have them. I have looked at several police supply places online and all I can find is the 25012 standard MM for sale. I have some email inquiries out there to see if anyone else can find one of these. If I get any hits, I'll pass it along.

EDIT: As soon as I posted this I checked my other email. I sent you a PM with some information.
