I Need A Criminal Defense Lawyer
I live in south central PA, so does anyone know who I should be turning to, and what the fees usually run at, as well as when they're due: up front or in installments?

Can't help you out with a lawyer, as, fortunately, I've never needed one before. But, although you haven't said anything about why you need one, just remember that this is a public forum. Therefore you shouldn't say anything about it until the matter is resolved. Good luck... assuming you aren't the guilty party.
