Flight 93 memorial ceremony on 9/11
I was going to try and make it out there on the bike for the ceremonies on the 11th.
A friend who was there last year said there will be metal detectors and bags and jackets will be searched.
Apparently, the ceremonies are held on the current 'private property' crash site. National Park service does own a temporary memorial spot overlooking the crash site.
I have my LTCF, and would CC, but I'm betting there will be a situation at the metal detectors. I'd be bummed if my group of riders can all get into the ceremony and I have to sit out.
Has anyone been there and carried or have any other details?
