    Heheheh, just joking.
Ah sir but you forget the horror of what being drawn and quartered was, they didn't do it fast, they brought tension up on the cables and slowly tore the body apart ... only thing better than that I can think of is MAYBE disembowelment (remember the scene in Braveheart - now that's torture)

I saw several comments I liked in this thread. I had a similar discussion when I joined the forum. I finally came to the conclusion that I am in favor of several actions.
    1) Recidivism is an issue, we need to stop releasing/paroling individuals we feel 'may' still pose a risk to society.
    2) Overcrowding is, and will continue to be a problem, especially if #1 is implemented, so to counter:
    a) the war on drugs needs to end, that removes a large chunk of the criminals incarcerated today
    b) exceptionally heinous crimes make it impossible to ever trust an individual with freedom again. These individuals need to be executed after a streamlined appeals process.
    3) Post incarceration/parole/probation, ALL Rights need to be restored to an individual. If they have truly paid their debt, and no longer pose a risk, than there is no reason to prohibit firearms.
