    Default Carrying Question

I know in California, its illegal to have a handgun with a magazine that holds over 10 rounds. Is there any similiar law in PA? My other question is.... With a LTCF, when you carry either open or concealed, are you allowed to carry locked and loaded?

In PA... No round limit at all and you can certainly carry locked and loaded

Nope. No round limit... and yes, you can carry your weapon locked and loaded... Please don't compare PA laws to CA laws... lol

You thinking of moving to PA?

Thanks for your service. It should be good to be back in PA after spending time in the desert. PA has pretty good gun laws. Could be better though if it weren't for the large liberal population in Philly (no offense to those of you who live there... but you know it's true too ).

Well, there certainly should be some sort of limit on magazine capacity.

With no limit what if the magazine was so long that when you turned a corner you knocked over small children walking behind you.

    Think of the children!

Didn't Philly try and impose a mag capacity limit like last year along with some other stupid gun laws...and none of them made it on the books.

Seeing as your currently in Arizona, you don't even need any kind of license or permit to open carry unlike PA. Personally I think PA should take that particular leaf from the AZ rule book.

Plus there is no round capacity maximum and you can OC pretty much anything that you can carry. Mk19 and such will probably cause a little bit of a panic so I wouldn't recommend something like that
