    Now he's even more of a threat if we want to get another pro-gun person in the White House. He can run as an independent and steal votes from the Republican side like Ross did.

    i agree...he was and always will be a liberal democrat...
    more likely to take votes from Chillary or whoever on the 08 Democratic ticket...

    I think that's the point, it's been quietly swept under the rug. Which would make for a great point against him by ANY opponent.

    3/17 is the most current article I can find on it. He's on national news constantly and yet no one mentions this? You'd think someone who clearly violated trafficing laws on the federal and state level would have something mentioned about it. As Shadow said it's been swept under the rug. Forgotten and ignored.
    As I sometimes say about police, unless it's on tape and they clearly state they violated the law it's unlikely they'll be prosecuted while working in the line of duty, Bloomberg videotaped the whole thing and had a press conference about his sting! You can't get better evidence than that.
