Court orders "Fed" to Disclose Bank Loans
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?p...d=a7CC61ZsieV4
Aug. 25 (Bloomberg) -- The Federal Reserve must for the first time identify the companies in its emergency lending programs after losing a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.
Manhattan Chief U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ruled against the central bank yesterday, rejecting the argument that loan records aren’t covered by the law because their disclosure would harm borrowers’ competitive positions.
Good win! Now if we can get Ron Paul's bill to Audit these bastards underway, we'll be back to having our own country. Frankly, I feel that we'll see that Bernanke & co, plus predecessors, are very culpable for our current economic situation. I can't WAIT! This is a BIG BOOST for us!

Re: Court orders "Fed" to Disclose Bank Loans
While it would be a good thing to see what the fed is up to, why do I suddenly feel like Bluebeards wife about to open the door to the secret room?

Yeah we need a massive and I mean massive writing (as in hand written letters) to Dems to put pressure on Frank.
"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom ... go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels nor arms. May your chains set lightly upon you and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." Samuel Adams

Frank is so involved in the underbelly of problems he has no choice but to roadblock it with everything he has. Expect a huge battle, but in the end right will prevail.

Are you all telling me that you have not heard about the fires that took place all across the country destroying all paper evidence of any wrong doing. If I am not mistaken all the computer records were destroyed by some weird kind of virus that only affected those particular records.
OH wait that does not happen for a few more weeks yet.
