From Pa. turnpike ( I - 76 ) exit 247, follow I - 283 north to I - 83 north to I - 81 south to exit 67. No great buildup needed for this show. It has become the largest show of its kind in the east. None bigger or longer established. Our usuual offerings, plus and open invitation to RUGER, SAVAGE, MARLIN, HOPKINS & ALLEN, IVER JOHNSON, HIGH STANDARD, AND THOMPSON CENTER collectors WORLD WIDE to display or sell. I'll go first.

Too far, too expensive, parking fee, fewer and fewer good vendors, too many vendors that think common guns are rare collectors items, too many sham-wows, jerky, ninja swords, jewelry, and bath fixtures.

There got it all in one small post.

I'm actually probably gonna make this one because I'm visiting folks north of Harrisburg on Sunday.

The parking fee keeps escalating. It's a damned insult. I refuse to attend anymore.

The area I live in is rich with good local shops. I can take a leisurely 3 hour drive on a Saturday morning and hit 5 or 6 of them. And the odds of stumbling upon a "deal" are way better.

I'll be bringing my dad to the show. He has some stuff to get rid of and I need to stock up on 7.62x39.

I plan to go this time ... that is as long as I find a $20 bill on the street to pay for parking and admittance.

i dont bother to go to harrisburg any more. i will wait for the york show at the end of october. york=free parking, not as crowded, closer for me, better deals.
