Shipping empty casing to NYC ...
I having a feeling that this wouldn't be a problem, but I'm seeking some wisdom of the board.
Long story ... but basically, my cousin in NYC needs a bunch of spent brass casings. Any issues with shipping him a thousand or so? I know that NYC has some crazy laws, but can't think of how that would be a problem.

Try this: go to MidwayUSA.com, and order the cases, using his delivery address, and zip code. If there are restrictions, you'll be notified that Midway can't ship this product to that address. Or, you could just call.
