Which Handguard for an AK

Got an MAK 90 AK that I have turned into a EBR. I'm not really happy with the foregrip that I got for it. It is rather small and plain jane, and gets hot when I start hammering my rifle.

Any recommendations would be helpful. Let me know why your recommending what you are too please.

I have heard that some have heatshields in them. I can't seem to find any that say that when I was checking them out.

I knew they were out there, I just couldn't seem to find the ones with heat shields on them. They look like what I see on a lot of the AK's out there. Must be a decent forarm
