    Default Rifle OAL question

For rifles with folding/collapsible stocks, federal law is that the 26" min OAL measured with the stock open/extended, right? Does PA have any additional laws regarding this? I ask, because some states measure with the rifle closed, like MI.

PA has no restrictions other than Federal on the OAL of the rifle being measured with the stock open.
