Horseshoe Pike Gun shop
I saw a sign over the weekend for a new shop opening soon(it might even be open now).
It is on the corner of 117/322 in Campbelltown.

Re: Horseshoe Pike Gun shop
Jim Heverling is the guy opening it, has had a shop in his basement for a long time, was working for KBI in Harrisburg (Charles Daly) for about 23 years before he left there.
I bought my 1911 from him a while back, I've known his Dad for a while. I've heard stories as well, but, stories are stories. Never had a issue with him.
I'm not expecting any great deals on anything, but hey, it's about 10 minutes from my house . . . . walkingHonesta Mors Turpi Vita Potior ~ 3%

Re: Horseshoe Pike Gun shop
They are now open as of Tuesday (8/11). I'll post the hours when I find the time to get over to the shop.
Stopped by. Nice shop, with 3 cases of pistols. Sigs, Glocks, and odds and ends. 1 and 1/2 walls of rifles and shotguns. when I was there it was busy and I forgot to ask for a card with the hours. Sorry bout that.Last edited by BucksDC; August 15th, 2009 at 07:37 AM. Reason: update

Re: Horseshoe Pike Gun shop
Apparently the shop had an officer involved shooting early this morning. Way before regular hours...
I'm sorry to hear this. I've always had generally good experiences there and I think the gunsmithing work is solid overall.

I stopped in once. Nice store and the guys all seemed cool.
I drove past tonight on the way home from work. Bicycle shop?
Did they close or move ?
