Theres a place right down the road from you. Sullivan's scrap metal. I worked there one summer during high school. I don't remember prices and stuff though.

#1 copper is clean, # 2 copper has solder and paint on it. I use all -met recycling on 2250 E. adams ave just of 95 exit at armingo they take motors,batteris, ballast and aluminum, wire, brass, copper, stainless steel
call and ask for Jim for prices 215-537-5904, they even have pick up service but I never needed that.
