    Default Non-issue open carry today

Took wifey-poo to the Jonet Auto Mart Flea Market just outside of Blairsville on Route 22 today (it's a big place inside). OCed my Hi-Point 9mm. No looks, stares, questions or comments.

Followed that up with lunch at Dean's Diner, also on Route 22 (serving Blairsville since 1934). Again, no looks, stares, questions or comments.

Had OC flyers with me, just in case. Never needed them.

Even got to pick up the only box of .40-cal. WWB JHPs at the Blairsville Wally World for $19.97. Again, no looks, stares, questions or comments, and wifey-poo even paid for the ammunition out of her birthday money.

I've OC'd at Deans Diner in the past. They have a great ham & bean soup usually on Thursdays.

If I saw someone OC'ing a high point, I wouldn't walk up and question them either. If they carry a gun like that imagine what their personality must be like, ugly and covered in cat poo.

I'll have you know my cat goes poo outside, thank you.

As for my personality, my wife has access to the guns while I'm sleeping, and I'm still here after 35 years of marriage.

Cindy and I go there quite often, I always OC and never had a problem.
The only thing I ever bought there was 5 U.S. 5gal Jerry Cans for $5.00 each from one of the outside vendors.

Well then more power to ya.

I think I can trust my fiance enough not to cap me in my sleep.

That place is awesome. I only get there a couple times a year, as we hunt pheasant a few miles away from the flea market, but I rarely see much there in the way of gun/ammo deals. My best purchase there was a pair of 14" Ridgid pipe wrenches for $2 each. I'm happy to hear about the good OC experience there, though. I know how I'll be carrying there this fall!
