Go to Handgunlaw.us, click on "Non-Resident Permits", You can get either a FL, UT, or VA permit(without needing one from your home state), by mail, which will be good for PA. Keep in mind for UT, you'll need a UT-certified class, FL and VA will accept NRA classes among other things.
Oh, you should check NJCSD.org as well, I thought I did see something about a UT class in NJ coming up. You take the class, do the fingerprinting right there and your stuff is sent off to UT. Sort of 1 stop CCW.
