While I understand the general mistrust of Barry...I mean "Barack", I can't even imagine ANY American Justice allowing "inalienable" rights to be removed. Conservative, Moderate or Loco...er, Liberal...they cannot destroy the very foundation of our Consitution and Bill of Rights.

I just read that case, really quickly. Eminent domain seems to be a hot button everywhere, since the Eisenhower highway project...

I just spent some time searching through my old posts looking for one I had written where the first 10 amendments are violated almost on a regular basis, except for the 3rd. So far, I haven't found it, but I'll keep looking.
