Atglen Sportsman's club in Parkesburg........Probably about 40 min drive from you......Can shoot black rifles there with no problems. Fully loaded mags. 1 round per second rule . Not sure about the drawing from a holster thing(I don't shoot handgun much). No range nazi's although you get your occasional club offical cruising by to make sure only members and guests of members are shooting by checking for membership card. Plus they have a long range (500 meters) .

I just joined Northern Chester County Sportsmens club and it meets your criteria.

New Holland Rifle and Pistol Club.
They have a website. Beautiful range, pistol, rifle, shotgun, long range. No range officers to cloud your day and rarely crowded. You could head out 23 from Phoenixville...just the other side of 322 in East Earl Twp.

Re: looking for a good private club/range chester/mont county
If you are looking for a place to shoot, one of the rare wonderful experiences I have had was when I found a great range at the "Homesburg Fish & Game Protective Association" . Great Rifle(100 Yds), Pistol, Archery and indoor ranges. Great people both friendly and helpful. I joined and am very pleased. However they don't like rapid fire. But they are reasonable. Besides, they are next to the Phila Police and Fire Dept's training areas, just north of the prison complex on State Rd..
