    How did you pay for the item?

    CC: Try talking to your CC company
    USPS Money Order: Can work with the post master on mail fraud

    If you don't want to take those steps yet, a nice email stating that if you don't hear something from him in X days, you will do the following.

    1. Post his name/company name on sites like this, detailing the issue
    2. Talk to one of the above (CC/Postmaster) and start proceedings
    3. Will be contacting an attorney.

    call ATF, If its in YOUR name and in HIS possesion They would like to know why... just noticed the FORM 3 , He cant give it to you until the FORM 4 is approved

    Yes call BATFE. NFA states that once they approve the transfer the item transfer must take effect immediately.
