Default Urgent help needed - Lee Classic Turret problem!

I have loaded thousands of trouble free rounds, until today that is. In the middle of a batch of 9mm, the press stopped indexing. It won't index at all with any of my turrets, so it's no a turret issue. I took apart the little assembly the rod goes into and nothing appeared to be broken. Can anyone help? I was planning on loading a lot of rounds this weekend, but not if I have to index the press manually!

To make matters worse, Lee doesn't answer the phone, and they don't have an answering machine.

My money says it is the little square doohickey in the piece clamped to the ram is wore out.

Thanks for reminding me. I need to order spares.

Hmmm, interesting. Nothing looked wrong with it when I took it apart.

There is only supposed to be one of those square things in that clamp assembly, right? In the "qty req." column on Lee's site it says 2. Does that just mean they send 2 when you order?

I vote the same. A spare came with my press, I had to go to the Lee sight to figure out what it was.

It comes with a spare. It is a wear item. If you have it in upside down it may not work right either.

It goes in the clamp with the raised part facing down right?

I don't know. I just took it apart, flipped if over and all was well.

I screwed my first one up disassembling the press wrong to switch calibers.

Flipped it over? I thought you replaced it?
