SGL range question

i know that a group may reserve a SGL range for a group shoot. does it cost money to do so thru the PGC?

also if a range is reserved, and closed to the public, do the members attending still have to abide by the 3 shot rifle/6 shot pistol mag limits?

just tossing out the question.

Last time I asked about reserving a range there was no cost and all of the rules had to be obeyed. I asked if movable target stands could be used with paper targets and was told no, ALL of the rules were in effect. YMMV.
