Absolutely, I personally know one FFL that was told to liquidate his inventory within 30 days and he's been an FFL for six years with only minor infractions.

I wonder what would happen to an FFL's license if they made a comment or stopped a sale when the girlfriend (usually white) is handling all the guns with the black boyfriend who doesn't leave his prints on anything.

minor "infraction " ? Just curious .

Minor infractions: When a customer misses a checkbox on a 4473 (Are you a US Citizen is an often missed one) or you entered their information into your books incorrectly.
