I checked out the great reference web site about folks who collected various cartridges and it had an FAQ for collecting ammo cartridges.

It turns out they are all over the world and we just happen to have one coming up nearby. I wrote to one of the contacts (Jon) and he wrote back with the hours. (Friday hours are 8am to 7pm and Saturday hours are 7am to 1pm.)

I am not sure if it's Lancaster or what but the hours are weird, especially if you have to drive from the Philly area and have to work Friday. I am going to give it a shot anyway.
