Shawn, we will have the sign out this month. Hopefully you can attend and actually find our hole in the wall.

    so........
    from PGH

    head towards the airport
    take 60N
    Chippewa exit
    pass sewage plant on right
    take right at light

will that get me there ?

and my son (about to be 12yo on the 22nd) will be with me, I am hoping it is OK for him to come watch.

First right turn you can make past the sewage plant. There is no light to turn at for the club. The entrance to the club is directly behind the Beaver County Emergency Services building. If you get to the red light at Bradys Run Park, you passed the club. You can also turn right just past the emergency services building at go behind it to get to the entrance. The gate is yellow with orange pillars. If you need any help look up my cell number on the club website or IDPA website and give me a call. Hope to see you and your son on Saturday at 2 pm.

    The sign really helped !

we must have driven past the place a half dozen times last time.

    Had a great time today.

First time shooting IDPA, wont be my last.

I wasnt clear on some of the stuff and so I made a few errors. I wasnt informed on the first stage I went to (with the sideways targets) that it was a "Full Vickers" or what exactly that meant. I dropped 2 head shots there.

and on the one stage with all the targets being 2 body 1 head I spaced and forgot my head shots ! half way through the lady RO shouted HEAD, oops.

I also didnt know until the 2nd to last stage I could load a round, then top off my mag. 8 in the mag (1911) one in the pipe.

now I'll have a score to work against for next time

Shawn, glad you had a good time. I wish you would have introduced yourself to me so I could have put a face with the name. I ran stage 5 with the orange netting. We will not have a shoot in September due to our clubs Law Enforcement Invitational but we will be back in October for our end of the year shoot. Hope to see you then. Thanks for coming down to our club.
