Fingerprint Cards???
Hello PFOA friends, I am a long time lurker...
I need to get fingerprint cards done for a couple of licenses and none of the agencies I contacted in Schuylkill, Lehigh, Northampton, Luzerne, and Lackawanna do Ink and Blue Signature cards anymore since they have adopted livescan. I know an agency in Manhattan that does them for banks and other employers, but that is a little far to go.
How do you all get yours done for FFL's and CCWs?

Civilizations with cultures and legal structures that recognize the right or duty to defend oneself and others have made sound and life affirming choices, any other path taken which does not recognize these rights will lead to the slow sickening and eventual painful death of that civilization, culture, and legal structure.Last edited by 462-SERV; July 18th, 2009 at 05:01 PM. Re: Fingerprint Cards???
go to the Lehigh County Sheriff. Talk to Captain Ken Coia. Ask him to use standard ink, or maybe the heat activated red stuff. He used the red stuff for my Utah, and the other Captain there used standard ink for my Florida. your other option is to pay Allentown PD, and they will scan your prints and print them on the form with a printer. that is if they can get the machine to work. it wouldn't cooperate the day we tried.
We've been monitoring him on the e-mail for a while. --York PD Lt. Gene Fells

Re: Fingerprint Cards???
K . . . .
I had to have fingerprints taken for an FBI check for an NICS appeal. I went the the Sherriffs (Chester Co) office in West Chester and they took the prints. I don't know what kind. But they were very helpful.
I had to pay $10 or so and they would not take cash or a card. They wanted a personal check or a cashier's check. There is a place in West Chester where you can get a cashier's check for the amount and $0.50.
Try your local county sherriff's office.

Re: Fingerprint Cards???
PSP does prints for free. We can put your cards in the printer and then sign them with blue ink if necessary. We also, at my barracks, still have the old ink and roller equipment.
Check your local barracks for fingerprint hours.
