    Default Magnum Research 380

Has anyone seen one yet. My local shop has one in the used case. I was not overly impressed by it. I could have sworn the tag said $404.00

I agree, way too much coin for a heavy .380!

I don't think I gave that much for my Colt Mustang.

One of the local shops here has one used for something like $289. I actually had the guy take it out of the case for me because I wanted to see how ridiculous it would be to try to grip with my gargantuan mitts. It was retarded. All I could grab it with was my thumb and middle finger, while my ring and pinky fingers sat empty below the grip. When I pulled the slide back, it slid right along the web of my hand, instantly letting me know that attempting to shoot it would most likely result in some sort of pinching or cutting injury. The guy behind the counter said, "That thing is not meant for anyone with large hands." But I think saying it is not meant for anyone with hands bigger than that of a 6 year old's would be more accurate... Also, being a .380, ammo is tough, if not impossible to find (at least in my area.) The guy at the shop said they haven't had any in for over 5 months now.
When seconds count, the police are usually just minutes away...
