OMG Part Duex Sotomayor just said The Constitution PROVIDES the Rights Granted

Not really a big shocker , but in a current exchange with Orrin Hatch , Sotomayor just made the ridiculous claim that the Constitution is what PROVIDES for our rights ( i.e. The Bill of Rights ) . I'll tell you , watching this woman tapdance through a minefield is entertaining as hell , but her philosophy and willingness to dodge ANY direct question ( she couldnt or wouldnt acknowledge whether or not it was her personal opinion ) if people had an individual right to self defense , when asked by Tom Coburn ( Oklahoma ) and he rephrased it several ways but she simply wouldnt answer , " its to complicated because Im a judge "she said , kept dodging by trying to bring up that the question hadnt been settled by a Court ruling . You could tell he was getting upset with her word games .
