I've already got most of it done HTML wise, in a list format seperated by county, which going to be the easiest way to track local municipalities.

If you (or someone) gets the list together, i can do the html for ya, and ill even host a copy of it on my isp webspace. just put something together with a county breakdown, and ill get the code set so people can click their county and jump down the page to it.
