Re: Simple Assault Case in Adams County
Lessons learned.
1. Don't cut people off
2. If you get cut off don't follow people into a parking lot unless your really looking for a problem.
3. Don't let an A-hole get your plate number.
Sorry but I read it a little different than some of you.
People get cut off all the time, it happens. Relax, get over it.
Why would you follow someone into a parking lot after such a trivial instance?
Maybe to "tough guy" it in front of your girl perhaps?
Also how do we know the manor in which this guy got out of the car to confront the brother?
Bottom line is don't F with people you don't know for stupid reasons, and don't draw your weapon unless your ready to use it

Re: Simple Assault Case in Adams County
I live less than 2 miles from that roundabout and go through it twice a day, I am not surprised to hear that a road rage incident happened at that spot, I have seen more than one car come barreling through there with no disregard to oncoming drivers. I am not a big fan of roundabouts nor do I condone the actions of the individual pulling out his gun.

I spoke with his defense attorney. His story is a bit different than what was posted in the article. Who knows how it will turn out?
It's possible, but I don't think the Reasonable Belief of serious bodily harm is there. It will be up to the jury to decide.Adams County Sport Handgunners Association - President

Not surprising; whenever I have been personally involved with an incident that was written up in the paper there has almost always been misinformation. It is usually a bad habit to form solid opinions based on what one reads in the paper or worse hears on the radio or sees on TV.
At least when the newspapers go broke we can get our misinformation for free from the INTERNET.

Re: Simple Assault Case in Adams County
yes hi there how is everyone i am timothy cusimano that man in the simple assault case i lost the case only because the prosecutor had his witnesses lied on the stand, and a jury who thought i was to immature to own that gun. sorry but that is age discrimination that article in the paper is not the whole story, what was done to me was in violating of my constitutional rights number 6 right to a fair and impartial jury and of course my 2nd amendment. if you are all interested i want to talk to your group about the injustice that was done to me and why i am another case of the government taking our rights away. i was screwed out of a fair trail. by Adams county my story needs to be told the truth needs to be brought to light. so my screen name is buzzkill05 and if you want to e mail buzzkill05@comcast.net. we need to stand up and fight for our rights before it is too late.
