hunting with a mosin 91/30 question

Another question...what about a Mosin 44 with it's mounted bayonet?

You may lawfully hunt with a bayonet mounted. You just cant use the bayonet to take game, ....well unless you modify it to have the require number of blades with the proper diameter and length, then use the entire rifle as an arrow and launch it from a bow. lol
