    Default Leather Holsters?

So I found a leather holster that I fell in love with recently. I just have a question, is there anything bad about having a leather holster?

I found this one, which I like very much, but don't own it personally...yet.

IMO the only bad thing about a good leather holster is that they make it impossible to ever go back to anything else.

    Thumbs up Re: Leather Holsters?

    Howdy Gents

Leather is the best you can get, just remember not to store your gun in a leather holster , only use it when carrying, leather can and will hold moisture, and needs to air out at the end of the day, I'm a leather worker, and tell all my customers to only carry in there holster when needed, a couple days isn't a problem, but some guys have left there guns in there leather holsters for weeks or mounts, only to be shocked to fine there gun rusted up, with proper use of your gun leather you won't have to find this out the hard way, and letting your leather breath, allows your holster to keep its shape longer and stay in better condition.

A quality leather holster is not only a thing of beauty it is, IMHO, the best way to carry your gun. While I'm not a fan of paddle holsters, G&G holsters are certainly quality goods.

What he said, I love the way leather holds the gun tight against my side instead of away like Serpa's and other paddle style or kydex holsters do

I started out screaming Kydex, lol. Then I tried leather to see what the hype was about. Kydex? What is Kydex lol.

Leather was around a few years before the synthetics . I love the way a good leather holster holds my guns and how it looks. I have a few Bianchi's and like them. There's just something about a good leather holster that is molded to your gun.
