WTS: Thompson Center Arms Contender

I'm posting this for a good friend of mine. He doesn't use computers much. I have handled this gun personally, and can tell you the thing looks brand new. He takes very good care of his guns. It only has a couple boxes of ammo run through it.

Here's the info:

Thompson Center Arms Contender "Super 14"

2 barrels
- 7x30 waters
- .222 rem

The 7x30 has scope mounts and Leupold M8-4x extended eye relief scope. Original sights also included for that barrel. The .222 barrel just has original open sights.

Hogue custom grip (original grip included)

Hammer extension

Sling stud on forend to accomodate bi-pod

2 leather holsters
- one for scoped
- one for open sights

Also included are original box and hardware.

Asking price is $600. He will consider offers. Prefer FTF but will ship through FFL for $50 (this is what the store said they would charge him). Any questions...just ask. Here come the pics:

The gun is in Boothwyn, PA.

He says he's not sure about the groups being that he hasn't fired it in many years. It basically a new gun. He got it, fired a few boxes of ammo through it, and since then it's been sitting in his safe.

Sorry we don't have more info on the groupings for ya, but we don't want to misrepresent what the gun can do.
