    Default Carry in Kansas Now?

Just got a notice about this today in an NRA alert:
    http://www.nraila.org/Legislation/Read.aspx?id=5023

Does this mean that PA LTCF holders can carry in Kansas now? The article mentions that it effects "Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, South Carolina and Texas. " But it says something at the beginning of the article about "22 states already recognized". I'm not sure I quite understand.

I'm visiting family in the Kansas City, MO area right now. I've needed to go over to Kansas a couple of times this past week and realized I had to leave my gun behind when I did. Sure would be nice not to have to worry about that anymore!

Edit: O.K. I misread the article. Looks like it refers to Kansas residents who hold non-resident permits from other states that are recognized by Kansas. So that wouldn't include PA. Apologies for posting too hastily before I understood the article!

Not with our PA LTCF, but if you have a non-resident license from one of the other states that Kansas honors - you can.

    KS doesn't honor PA's licenses.

The state licenses that Kansas honors can be found at Office of the Kansas Attorney General: Reciprocity List. Of those 22 states, the ones that offer non-resident firearms licenses (at least by statute) are Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Texas.
