Just watch yourself with these free magazine offers. they normally have a "If you don't cancel within 1 year you will be billed for additional issues".

I had the same issue with Outdoor life, they ended up sending me to collections and damaging my credit because I didn't read the small print and threw away all the junk they mailed me
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

I have been getting MAXIM now 3 months in a row, but never ordered it. I've been meaning to call and make sure it's legit.

To have a record of it I printed out the confirmation page that says "Yes, I would like to receive a 1 year subscription to Maxim compliments (my bold) of Sony. That way if they try to zap me with something I have this to prove it was free. I also did not see any fine print, I'll look everything over in 4 to 6 weeks when I get my first issue.

My kids had a subscription to Electronic Gaming Monthly which went out of print...we automatically (without choice) started getting Maxim to fulfill the subscription! OK for me, but not for my 10 & 12 yo's! This was from one of those school magazine fundraisers!

Wow, that's strange. They should have either refunded or offered you a choice.
