I was just wondering, under PA law, would pleading guilty to a "Disorderly Conduct" charge from NYC disqualify me from being able to successfully apply for (and receive) a LTCF?

So, I guess I am still eligible for a LTCF? I'm not trying to be a smart-ass, and I did read through the provided link, but am just looking for final confirmation - as I am not really all that good with legal jargon, even if it somewhat understandable... :P

No problem... I'm just not sure how another state's charges compare with similar PA's charges. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along soon to give you a better answer.

I figured seeing the app. would give you some idea anyway.

Interesting. This is the first time I've actually noticed that your juvenile record can be held against you. I'm not sure why I didn't notice before.
