Here's my future Python! I only got this one cell phone pic, taken the day my Dad asked me if I liked these guns! He bought them from a private seller and has already given me the King Cobra pictured. I am hoping to get the the Python this year for Christmas! (Yes, I feel like a little kid counting the day until Santa comes! Wouldn't you? LOL)
My folks are great! They don't really shoot, hunt or like guns, but they totally support my passion for firearms!

All 6 inchers. I think that must have been the most common length barrel.
I've been lusting after a 2 1/2" or 3" Python snubbie, but the prices for them is out of reach.
There was an auction going on Gunbroker for a sequentially numbered, NIB, 3" Pythons. Opening bid was $15,999.00!!! They didn't sell.
