    Default Glock 29 review(10mm)..

Just my 2cents on the 10mm round, and more specifically the glock 29... i've always been fond of the 10mm round ballistics, but just having turned 21 I never had the chance to own one and really take a 10mm out for a spin, and the ones i had shot where fullsized... and let me tell you i love it, the recoil is no worse than a .45, maybe a tad more on the larger loads but nothing to write home about. I was told by the guy "selling" me the gun that it made a .357 snub nose feel like a .22, and that actually made me step back from the purchase to evaluate the purchase a bit more(for those of you who have shot the small .357's know why), but after doing some more reading of people saying it was atleast somewhat manageable i decided to risk it and go for it since i wasnt able to get my hands on one to try out before hand. i did get the finger extensions for all of my mags when i got the gun.

also anyone in the same predicament i was about not being able to shoot it but thinking about the gun, just let me know and we'll set up a date and you can really shoot it up to make sure its for you

The Glock 29 was my first 10mm. Now I have a mess of them. Danger Danger they are addictive!

I have a Glock 20 and really like the performance of the 10mm round. Most people that shoot my G20 have more issues with the large grip frame than they do with recoil, muzzle blast or flip. The large frame handles the recoil well, even hot loads such as the Win Silvertips (1250 fps and 649 ft-lb or something like that...working from memory).
