Default Anyone familiar with Kildare's in Manayunk?

Might have an upcoming engagement there. CC is the plan on special request but if they wand or pat down I'd like to know before getting thrown out

no pat down or wand even on weekends. During the week they don't even check IDs at the door...I've CC'd there no problem.

However, make sure it's stays covered up. Like many places in philly OC is frowned upon.

I miss VA and the "Only OC" in bars law

No pat down or wand. Do cover it up though, good. I was asked to put mine in my car once when it was exposed while I was dancing. However, i left completely instead, but they weren't rude or anything.

I thought that Kildares closed down not too long ago? Maybe that was just the one in old city.

I have CC in the Westchester Kildares. The food was great and I did not have any problems.

Really? I've CC'd in the WC one plenty of times also, but my buddy had his folding knife clipped in his pocket and they said he couldn't bring it in because "It's a weapon". They call it concealed carry for a reason. What they don't know won't hurt em (or you in this case). I'm just shocked you OC'd in there and got away with it.

Try the Traditional Irish Stew. I highly recommend it, especially if you love lamb.

I have been to the one in KoP and I think as long as you don't make a fuss they won't know or care.
