I believe this charge should result in jail time and a revocation of his rights to firearms... Might be one of the dumber things I have read that a cop has done.

A spokesperson for the Aurora Police Department said they plan to present the case -- now classified as a felony menacing incident -- to the Arapahoe County District Attorney's Office Thursday for possible filing of criminal charges.
    FUNNY.

If any of us do that, we'll be facing "terroristic threats" charges, amongst every single other charge they could possibly come up with.

What a damn joke. To think that if this asshole got shot, he'd be treated as a hero instead.

And then they wonder why people don't trust the police.
