    Check your local gun stores for a used one. I bought one used that was in almost brand new condition for $220, but that was a couple years ago. prices might have went up since but they usually are not that hard to find.

    Hmm. Mossberg shotguns are not what you would call, uncommon. In fact, you could swing a dead cat while blindfolded, let go, and within a few miles of the direction it lands..you'll find a shop with mossbergs.
